<br />under the Deed of Trust dated August 28, 2014, and executed by Feliciana Saquiche -Cayax and
<br />Remigio Cayax Macha, Wife and Husband , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on August 28, 2014, as Instrument No. 201405322,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Seventeen (17), Block Five (5), Bel Air Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
