Ries and Nellie K. Ries, husband and wife, <br />( "Borrower ") under that certain Deed of Trust by and between said Borrower and Aliant Credit <br />Union ( "Trustee "), and Aliant Credit Union as Beneficiary ( "Lender "), which said Deed of Trust <br />was filed of record with the Hall County Register of Deeds on November 10, 2004, at Instrument <br />No. 0200410975.
