<br />4. For reasons unknown to the Affiant, Ordinance No. 7606 was not recorded in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds. Certain lands described in Ordinance No. 7606 and shown on
<br />Exhibit A have now been platted.
<br />5. As of the date of this affidavit, the lands annexed by Ordinance No.7606 and
<br />described in Section 2 of said Ordinance and shown on Exhibit A include the following tracts of
<br />land:
<br />Tract 1: Part of Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty -Six (26), Township Eleven (11),
<br />Range Ten (10), Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly being described
<br />as Beginning at the Southeast Corner of Lot Thirty -Five (35), Grand Island Industrial
<br />Park West Subdivision. Thence East on a Prolongation of the South line of Lot Thirty -
<br />Five (35), Grand Island Industrial Park West Subdivision for a Distance of Seven Feet
