<br />4. For reasons unknown to the Affiant, Ordinance No. 7606 was not recorded in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds. Certain lands described in Ordinance No. 7606 and shown on
<br />Exhibit A have now been platted.
<br />5. As of the date of this affidavit, the lands annexed by Ordinance No.7606 and
<br />described in Section 2 of said Ordinance and shown on Exhibit A include the following tracts of
<br />land:

<br />Range Ten (10), Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly being described
