<br />CHEVRON CHEMICAL COMPANY, a Delaware corporation, which merged into CHEVRON
<br />CHEMICAL COMPANY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, Grantor, whether one or
<br />more, in consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, quitclaims and conveys to CHEVRON ORONITE COMPANY LLC, a Delaware
<br />limited liability company, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. § 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (SE' /4NW' /a) of Section Twenty One (21), Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said Southeast
<br />Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE' /4NW' /4), as laid out by county surveyor
<br />Baldwin in 1890 and since used as such; thence easterly along the south line of
<br />said Northwest Quarter (NW' /4) a distance of Two Hundred Twenty Five and
<br />Seventeen Hundredths (225.17) feet to the intersection with the northerly line of
<br />the Burlington Northerly Belt Line Railroad; thence northeasterly along said

<br />southeasterly, a distance of Twenty Five (25.0) feet; thence deflecting right
<br />90 °00' and running southwesterly, a distance of Three Hundred Sixteen and Sixty
<br />Four Hundredths (316.64) feet to the west line of said Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Northwest Quarter (SE' /4NW' /4); thence southerly along the west line of said
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE' /4NW' /4), a distance of Two
<br />Hundred Twenty Seven and Nineteen Hundredths (227.19) feet to the place of
<br />beginning, but excluding that portion of the tract conveyed to the City of Grand
