Cockerham, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One <br />Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Dale E. Ruehling and Roberta J.
