<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on July 10, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 106772, the
<br />Beneficiary of which Trust Deed is U.S. Bank National Association
<br />ND, does hereby notify the above -named persons of a default in said
<br />Trust Deed, which Trust Deed was granted upon the following -
<br />described real estate, situated in the County of Hall and State of
<br />Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />LOT 11, BLOCK 1, CUNNINGHAM SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND THE SOUTHERLY ONE -HALF
<br />OF VACATED ALLEY AS SHOWN IN ORDINANCE NO. 6621 RECORDED
<br />AS DOCUMENT NO. 80- 005145 IN THE REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />and that a breach of the obligation for which the trust property
<br />was conveyed as security has occurred in that the grantors of said
<br />deed have failed, neglected and refused to make the payments on
<br />said note which Trust Deed was given to secure, which became due on
<br />the 28th day of March, 2000 and thereafter, and that there is now
