Poles and/or anchors are not to be installed more that two feet inside <br />property line, except as following: Power poles and anchors are to be installed on the above - described tract of land. <br />Compensation for this easement shall be in the amount of $25.00 per pole and/or anchor placed on the <br />lands of the undersigned. Payment will be made after construction plans are final and number of poles and/or <br />anchors can be determined.
