District; a public corporation <br />whose post office address is Grand Island, Nebraska, and to its successors or assigns; the right to enter upon the <br />lands of the undersigned, situated in the County of Hall , State of Nebraska and more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />The Southerly forty -two (42) feet of the South Half (S1 /2) of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of Section Fifteen (15), <br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Above party hereby grants permission as follows: For Southern Public Power District to build overhead power lines <br />on the above - described tract of land. <br />And to place, construct, operate, repair, maintain, relocate and replace thereon an electric transmission <br />line, and to cut and trim trees and shrubbery to the extent necessary to keep them clear of said electric line, and to <br />cut down from time to time all dead, weak, leaning or dangerous trees that are tall enough to strike the wires in <br />falling. <br />In granting this easement it is understood that at pole locations, only a single pole will be used, and that the <br />location of the poles will be such as to form the least possible interference to farm operations, so long as it does not <br />materially increase the cost of construction. Poles and/or anchors are not to be installed more that two feet inside <br />property line, except as following: Power poles and anchors are to be installed on the above - described tract of land. <br />Compensation for this easement shall be in the amount of $25.00 per pole and/or anchor placed on the <br />lands of the undersigned. Payment will be made after construction plans are final and number of poles and/or <br />anchors can be determined.
