Exhibit "A" <br />201 501318 <br />Parcel 1: <br />The North Half (N1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4) of Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6n, P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />Parcel 2: <br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1/2 SE1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Twelve <br />(12) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6ti, P.M., except the right -of -way of the Chicago, <br />Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company and except all that part of the said south half of the <br />southeast quarter lying south and west of said railroad right -of -way containing 1.8 acres conveyed <br />by Travelers Insurance Company to Opal Piersol by Warranty Deed dated January 24, 1939, and <br />except a certain tract described in deed recorded in Book 147 at Page 15 of the official Hall County <br />deed records, and except a tract of land described in deed recorded in Book 125 at Page 257 of said <br />deed records, and except a tract containing on a acre, more or less, described in deed recorded as <br />Document No. 76- 001425 and Document No. 76- 001426 of said official deed records; together with <br />all that part of the south half of the southwest quarter that lies north and east of the right -of -way of <br />the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad Company, and except a certain tract described in <br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 98- 105826 of the official deed records of Hall County; <br />both of said tracts being subject to existing roads, easements, rights -of -way and restrictions of <br />record; and except a tract of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE1 /4, SE1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) <br />West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at <br />the southeast corner of said Section Thirteen (13); thence northerly along the east line of said <br />Section Thirteen (13), a distance of Two Hundred (200.0) feet; thence deflecting left 89 °53'10" and <br />running westerly, a distance of Seventy-One and Seventy Five Hundredths (71.75) feet to a point on <br />the westerly right -of -way line of Highway No. 11, this being the ACTUAL place of beginning; thence <br />continuing westerly along the last described course, a distance of Two Hundred Nine and Two <br />Hundredths (209.2) feet; thence deflecting right 34 °55'30" and running northwesterly a distance of <br />Six Hundred Fifty Four and Twenty Eight Hundredths (654.28) feet; thence deflecting right 325 °26' <br />and running easterly, a distance of Seven Hundred Forty Four and Ninety Seven Hundredths <br />(744.97) feet, to a point on the westerly right -of -way line of said Highway No. 11; thence southerly <br />along said right -of -way line, a distance of Three Hundred Sixty Nine and Sixty Five Hundredths <br />(369.65) feet to the ACTUAL place of beginning and containing 4.060 acres more or less Reserving, <br />however, to the grantors for the benefit of other land owned by them in said Section 13, a right -of- <br />way lane for vehicles and farm machinery over the North twenty (20) feet of these premises. <br />
