<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 10th, 2010, executed by Ignacio Contreras, a single
<br />person and Jesus Contreras, a single person, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument Number
<br />0200100459 bn the 17th day of January, 2001 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, v titten request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Parcel A:
<br />Lots 14 and 16, Except the South 12 feet of Lot 16, Block 3, in College Addition to the West Lawn
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />A tract of land located in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 33, Township
<br />11 North, Range 9, West of th . 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows: Beginning at a point ofr the North -South Section line along the East side of said Section
<br />33, said point of beginning being situated 1,318.47 feet North along said Section line from the
<br />Southeast comer of said Sectia n; running thence Westerly and parallel to the South line of said
<br />Section 33, a distance of 241.71 feet; thence running Northerly and parallel to the East line of said
<br />Section 33, a distance of 208:1, turning thence Easterly a distance of 241.71 feet to a point on
<br />the East line of said Section 3; running thence Southerly along and upon the East line of said
<br />Section 33 to the point of b ning; Excepting a certain tract deeded to Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described in, arranty Deed recorded at Instrument No 98- 100820.
<br />Said request to reconvey re ` g that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as ustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled there, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
