TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, in consideration of partial payment of indebtedness secured by the <br />Trust Deed executed by Margie K Smalley, a single person, Trustor, to Pamela D. <br />Andersen, Successor Trustee, for the benefit of Pathway Bank, the beneficiary named <br />therein, said Deed of Trust recorded June 20, 2008 in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200805338 and whereas said beneficiary <br />has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered: <br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed <br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person <br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally <br />described as follow: <br />Fractional Lot One (1), in Fractional Block Ten (10), Kernohan and Decker's Addition <br />and its complement, Fractional Lot One (1), in Fractional Block Four (4), of Spaulding <br />and Gregg's Addition, both being additions to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska as surveyed, platted and recorded which currently has the address of 1403 W <br />3rd St, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of <br />Reconveyance, at Cairo, Nebraska, this 3rd day of March, 2015. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />)ss <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />JANICE K.
