Said appraisers did meet on January 9, 2015, at 1:30 o'clock, p.m., to <br />assess the damages that the Condemnee sustained by the taking of the hereinafter specified <br />property by the Condemner, at which time said appraisers did receive evidence relative to the <br />amount of damages that will be sustained by the owner of said real estate. Those appearing were: <br />Roberta Herbst, Michael Leggott, and Patrick McGuire, appraisers. <br />5. The undersigned appraisers find that the amount of damages sustained by the <br />Condemnee, as owner of the below described real estate, by reason of the taking thereof by the <br />Condemner for public improvements for a permanent easement, to be in the amount of $9,330.00 <br />(Nine Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Dollars and no /100) said real estate described as follows: <br />A permanent easement on real property owned by the Condemnees consisting of part <br />of a tract of land described as a part of Lot Two (2), Fox Creek Subdivision, an Addition to <br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and part of the North Half (N1/2) of <br />Ten (10), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 98- <br />108236, Personal Representative's Deed recorded as Document No. 98- 108239 and Warranty <br />Deed recorded as Document No. 98- 108241 and more particularly described as: <br />The North Twenty (20.00) feet of a tract of land described as Tract Two (2) in <br />Instrument Number 98- 108239 of the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Said permanent easement contains 44,183 square feet or 1.014 acres more or less. <br />6. The undersigned appraisers find that the amount of damages sustained by the <br />Condemnee, as owner of the below described real estate, by reason of the taking thereof by the <br />2 <br />
