} <br />$290.00 (Two Hundred Ninety Dollars and no /100) said real estate described as follows: <br />A temporary construction easement on real property owned by the Condemnees <br />consisting of a portion of Lot Two (2) West Geer Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska and more particularly described as: <br />Beginning at the Southeast comer of said Lot Two (2); thence Westerly along the <br />South line of said Lot Two (2) to the East line of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe <br />Railroad; thence Northwesterly along said East line to a point on the West line of said <br />Lot Two (2); thence Northerly along the West line of said Lot Two (2) a distance of <br />Fifty and Two Hundredths (50.02) feet; thence Southeasterly to a point on the East <br />line of said Lot Two, said point being Thirty-Two and Seventy -Four Hundredths <br />(32.74) feet North of the Southeast corner of said Lot Two (2); thence Southerly <br />along the East line of said Lot Two (2) a distance of Thirty-Two and Seventy -Four <br />Hundredths (32.74) feet to the Point of Beginning. <br />Said easement contains a calculated are of 6,503 square feet or 0.149 acres more or <br />less. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned appraisers do hereby find and assess the <br />damages that will be suffered by the Condemnees by reason of the taking of the real estate for a <br />permanent easement and temporary construction easement for public improvements to be a total <br />of: $1,530.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Dollars and no /100). <br />Roberta Herbst, • praiser <br />Michae Leggott, Ap <br />Patrick McGuire, Appraiser <br />201501267 <br />
