<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated February 21, 2012, and executed by Mark M. Czaplewski and Rita
<br />A. Czaplewski, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on February 28, 2012, as Instrument No. 201201554, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Suite Four (4)in the Brentwood By- The -Lake Condominium Property Regime II, in the City of
<br />Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,as shown on the plat and plan for the Brentwood By -The-
<br />Lake Condominium Property Regime 11 and the Declaration thereof, and any amendments
<br />thereto, and subject to the Declaration, grants, covenants, easements, conditions and restrictions
<br />establishing a plan for condomimium ownership of the Brentwood By- The -Lake Condominium
<br />Property Regime II,as set forth therein and of record as Instrument No. 82- 001758, and (any
<br />amendments) thereto, all as contained in the records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 27th day of February, 2015.
