C <br />e <br />v <br />■■ <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3rd Street <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT German Cendejas, a single person <br />and Christina Cendejas, a single person, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of <br />One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does <br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Robert L. Meier and Susan J.
