<br /> Improvements. The word "Improvements" means al] existing and future improvements, buildings, structures,
<br /> mobiie homes affixed on the Real Property, facilities, additions, repiacements and other construction on the Real
<br /> Property. '
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "[ndebtedneSS" means al] principal, interest, and other amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Credit Agreement or Related Docurnents, together with al[ renewals of, extensions of,
<br /> modifcations of, consolidations of and substitutions for the Credit Agreement or Related Documents and any
<br /> amounts exper�ded or advanced by Lender io'discE�arge 7rustor's obligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or
<br /> Lender to enforce 7rustar's obligatior�s unde'r this Deed of Trust, together with interest on such amounts as
<br /> pravided in this Deed of Trust. �
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Equitable Bank, its successors and assigns. The words "successors or
<br /> assigns" mean any person or company that acquires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Personal Property. The words "Personal Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and other articles af personal
<br /> property now or hereafter owned by Trustor, and now or heraafter attached or affixed to the Real Property;
<br /> together with all acoessions, parts, and additions to, al] replacernents of, and all substitutions for, any of such
<br /> property; and together with a[I proceeds (including without limitation alE insurance procesds and refunds of
<br /> prerrtiums) from any sale or other disposition of the Property.
<br /> Property. The word "Property" means collectiye[y the ftea[ Property and the Personal Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real Property" mea�#he real property, interests and rights, as further described in this

<br /> Related Documents. The words "Related �acuments" mean a!I promissory notes, credit agreements, loan
<br /> agreements, environmentaE agreements, guaranties, security agreements, martgages, deeds of trust, security
<br /> deeds, col[ateral mortgages, and a!I ot[�er instruments, agreemants and documents, whether now or hereafter
<br /> existing, executed in Connection with the Indebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means aU present anc[ future rents, revenues, income, issues, royalties, profits, and
<br /> other benefiis derived frorrt the Properry. ',
