<br /> DEFINITIONS. The fo[lowing words shall f�ave the following meanings when used in this Deed of Trust:

<br /> Environmental Laws. 7he words "EnvironmentaE Laws" mean any and aEl state, federal and locaf statu#es,
<br /> regulations and ordinances relating to the protection af hurr3an health or the en�ironment, including without
<br /> limitation the Comprehensi�e Environmental Response, Compensatian, and Liability Act of 198Q, as amended, 42
<br /> U.S.C. Section 9641, et seq. {^CERCLA"}, the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986, Pub. L.
<br /> No. 99-499 {"$ARA"), the Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, 49 U.S.C. Section 18d'E, et seq.,the Resource
<br /> Conservation and Recovery Act, 42 U.S.G Section 6901, et seq., or other app[icable state or federal laws, ruies,
<br /> or regulations adopted pursuant thereto.
<br /> E�ent of Default. The words "Event of Default" mean any of the events of default se#fort[� 9n t[�is Deed of Trust in
<br /> the events of defau[t section of this Deed of TrusT.
<br /> F�cisting [nde6tetlness. The words "Existing ]ndebtedness" mean the indebtedness described in the Existing I�iens
<br /> pro�ision of this Deed of Trust.
<br /> G�aranty. The word "Guaranty" means the guaranty from guarantor, endorser, surety, or accommodation party to
<br /> Lender, inciuding without]imitat'son a guaranty of a11 or part of the f�ote.
<br /> Hazardous 5ubstances. The words "Hazardous 5ubstances" mean materials that, because of their quantity,
<br /> concentratior� or physical, chemical or infectious characterisiics, may cause or pose a present or potential hazard
<br /> to human f�ealth or the environment when improperEq used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transported or otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their very broadest sense and
<br /> include witE�out limitation any and alf hazardous or toxic substances, materials or waste as defined by or listed
<br /> under the Environmental Laws. The term "Hazardous Substances" also inc[udes, without]imitation, petroleum and
<br /> petroleum by-products or any fraction thereof and asbestos. �
<br /> Improvements. The word "]mpravemants" means afl existing and fu#ure improvements, b�ildings, struc#ures,
<br /> mobile homes a'{#ixed on the ReaE Property, facilities, additions, replacements and other construction on The Reaf
<br /> Property.
<br /> lndebtedrtess. 7he word "Indebtedness" means all principal, interest, and other amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payab]e under the �fote or Re[ated Documents, together with all renewals of, extensions af, modifications of,
<br /> consolidations of and substitutions for the f�ote or Related �ocuments and any amounts expended or advanced by
<br /> Lender to discharge Trustor's obligations or expenses incurred by Trustee or Lender to enforce Trustor's
<br /> ob[igations under this Deed of Trust,togethar with interest on such arr�ounts as pravided in this �eed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" rr�eans Equitable 8ank, its successors and assigns. The words "successors or
<br /> assigns" mean any person or company that acquires any interest in#he Note.
<br /> Note. The word "iVote" means the promissory note dated February 1 Q, 2fl15, in the original principal
<br /> amount of $46,400.�0 from Trustor to Lender,together with all renewals of, ejc#ensions of, madifications of,
<br /> refinancings of, consolidations of, and substitutions fnr the promissory nate or agreement. The maturity date of

<br /> Personal Property. 7he words "Personaf Property" mean afl equipment, fixtures, and other articles of personal
<br /> property naw or hereafter owned by 7rustor, and now or hereafter attached or affixed ta the Rea] ProperYy;
<br /> together with alE accessions, parts, and additions to, a[I replacements of, and all substitutions for, any ot such
<br /> groperty; and togethsr with all proceeds (including without limitation all insurance proceeds and refunds of
<br /> premiums) from any sale or other dispasition of the Property.
<br /> Proparty. Tha word "Property" means colfeotively tf�e Re�l ProperCy and the Personal Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words "Real I'roperty" mean the real properry, interests and rights, as further described in this
<br /> Deed of Trust.
<br /> Related docurr,er�ts. The words "Related Documents" mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan
<br /> agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, rrtortgages, deeds of trus#, security
<br /> deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whetl�er now or hereafter
<br /> existing, exeouted in connection with the Indebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means all present and future renis, revenues, income, issues, royalties, profi€s, and
<br /> other benefits derived from the Property.
