<br /> THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH: That ANT, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company,
<br /> of 201 Mission Street, Pacific Gateway Building, San Francisco, California 94105, ("Grantor"),
<br /> for and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars, and other good and valuable consideration,
<br /> in hand paid, conveys and quitclaims, without any covenants of warranty whatsoever, and

<br /> real property ("Premises") is more particularly described as follows:
<br /> All of Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, inclusive, Block 3, South Park Addition to Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof, the same
<br /> being in the NE'/4NE'/4 of Section 21, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the
<br /> Fifth Principal Meridian, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the Southerly
<br /> 119.9 feet thereof that was conveyed to Rudolph N. Kuester by Quitclaim Deed
<br /> dated March 10, 1938 from Chicago, Burlington & Quincy Railroad Company.
<br /> SUBJECT, however, to all valid existing interests, including but not limited to,
