<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Heritage Bank, Wood River, Nebraska, as
<br />Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust executed by David R. Brown and Joan M. Brown, husband
<br />and wife, as Trustor to Heritage Bank, Wood River, Nebraska, as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Beneficiary, dated as of January 17, 2006 and recorded January 23, 2006 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 200600589 has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the Trustee reconveys without
<br />warranty to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired
<br />by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
<br />Parcel 1: The Southeast Quarter (SE 1 /4) of Section Seven (7), Township Twelve (12)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska. Parcel 2: The
<br />Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section One (1), and the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N %
<br />NE %) and the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE 1/4 NE 1/4), both Section Two (2),
<br />all in Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />excepting a tract of land more particularly described as Brown Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska recorded as Document No. 98- 107019.
