Kallos and Rosie Kallos, husband and wife , hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". WITNESSETH: ' WHEREAS, Borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of TrustlMortgage upon that real estate described as: LOT TWELVE (12) OF FRANK P. BARK'S SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE EAST HALF (E 1/2) OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER(NE 1/4) OF SECTION TEN (10), IN TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11)NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated March 4, 1977 , and filed for record on March 7, 1977 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, as Document No. 77-001153 : WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of May 1, 1992: WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. 76-239 of the cantinued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby extended to March 1, 2005. 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above-described Deed of TrusUMortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
