<br /> Borrower s�rall not cause or perm�t the presence,use,disposai, storage,or release�f any Hazardous
<br /> Substar�ces,or threaten to release any Hazardous Substar�ces,on or in the Praper�ty. Borrawer shall not
<br /> do,nor allow anyone else to do,anything affecting the Property�a�that is in�iolation vfar�y En�irarux�enta.l
<br /> Law,�b�which creates an Env�ronmental�ondition,or(c}which,due to the presenc�,use,or release af
<br /> a I-�azardous Substa.nce,creates a conditinn that adversely affects the value of the Pra�erty.The preced�ng

<br /> Hazardous Substance or En�ironmental Lavv of which Bvrrow�r has actual knowledge,�b}any
<br /> �En�ironmenta.l Gvnditian,in�luding but not�imited ta,any spilling, leaking,discharge,release or threat
<br /> �f release of any Hazardaus Substance,and[c}any condition caused by the presence,use or release of
<br /> a Hazardous�ubstance which ad�ersely af�ects the�alue of the Prop�rty.If Borrvwer Iea,rns,or�s n�tif ed
<br /> by a.ny go�ernmental or regulatary authority,ar any pr��ate party,that any rema�al or other remediation
