Affiant is the President and Treasurer of Agrequip Steel Products, Inc., a <br />Delaware corporation ( "Agrequip "). <br />2. Agrequip is the owner of record and present titleholder in fee simple of the <br />real estate legally described as Lots One (1), Two (2) and Five (5), Meadow Lane Second <br />Subdivision and Lot One (1) Meadow Lane Fifth Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />Hall County, Nebraska (the "Real Estate "). <br />3. That Agrequip is in actual possession of the Real Estate. Agrequip and its <br />immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and unbroken record chain of title to <br />the Real Estate for a period of more than 23 years. During that time, title to said real <br />estate has never been disputed, and there has been no mining or drilling of mineral <br />interests in the past 23 years. <br />4. That Affiant makes this Affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Nebraska Marketable Title Act, Section 76 -288, et seq. Neb. Rev. Stat. (Reissue of 2009). <br />c <br />/6 0° <br />
