(Ec�ypt St. to M�ina St.) Pursuant to Section 19-2428 R.R.S. 1943 , I hereby apply for deferral from special assessments because my land is outside the corporate limits and is used exclusively for agricultural purposes. I am sending a copy of this letter to the Register of Deeds, which shall constitute notification as required by Section 19-2429 R.R.S. 1943. I would ask that the Board of Trustees take action to determine that my property is _ A. within an agricultural use zone and is used exclusively f�r ag��c�:?t,sre a::a B. that I have complied with the notice requirement of giving notification to the Register of Deeds.
