Affiant is the attorney for Iva B. Lowry, the trustee under the Robert W. Lowry Trust Agreement dated May 30, 2013, who on January 21, 2015, received a written instrument of renunciation entitled Renunciation and Disclaimer signed by Iva B. Lowry. 2. An original of that written instrument of renunciation was filed on January 26, 2015, in the county where proceedings concerning the decedent's estate are pending or where they would be pending, if commenced, Case No. PR15 -14 in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska. 3. Since an interest in real estate is being renounced and pursuant to the provisions of Neb. Rev. Stat. §30- 2352(b) (Reissue 2008) of the Nebraska Probate Code, a copy of that written instrument of renunciation is attached hereto, marked as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof by this reference. 4. That the interest in real estate that is being renounced is legally described as follows: An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE%) of Section Two (2), Township Eleven (11), North Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; An undivided one -half (1/2) interest in and to the Southwest Quarter (SWl) of Section Two (2) and the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE' %SEI /a) of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; An undivided one -half (/) interest in and to the Southwest Quarter (SW%/) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; EXCEPT a tract of land comprising the westerly Four Hundred Eighty -five (485.0) feet of the southerly Six Hundred Eighty -seven (687.0) feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SWl /4SW%) of said Section 24 (said exception contains 7.649 acres, more or less); and EXCEPT, a tract of land starting at a point on the Section Line on the South side of said Section 2035.6 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 24, thence East a distance of 200 feet on said south section Line, thence North to Left at an angle of 89 °30' a distance of 257 feet, thence to the West to the Left at an angle of 90 °30' a distance of 200 feet, thence South to the left at an angle of 89 °30' a distance of 257 feet to the point of beginning (said exception tract contains 1.18 acres, more or less); and An undivided one -half ( /z) interest in and to a tract of land in the Southwest Quarter (SW%/a) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: Starting at a point on the Section Line on the South side of said Section 2035.6 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Section 24, thence East a distance of 200 feet on said south section Line, thence North to Left at an angle
