PARCEL 3: A TRACT OF LAND COMPRISING THE NORTH NINE (9) FEET OF LOT NINE (9), ALL OF LOT SEVEN (7) AND THE SOUTH THIRTY FOUR AND TWENTY FIVE HUNDREDTHS (34.25) FEET OF LOT FIVE (5), ALL IN BLOCK SEVEN (7), OF UNIVERSITY PLACE, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA. which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated November 1, 1999 , and filed for record on November 10, 1999 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, as Document No. 99-110878: WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturiiy date of December l, 2014: WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby extended to February l, 2015 .
