<br />, either now❑r at the time made�r furnished�r becomes false or misleading a�any time thereafter.
<br /> De#ective Calla�eralization. This Deed ❑f Trust or any of the Related Documen�s ceases to be in �ulf force and
<br /> eff�c� �including �ailure af any collateral do�ument to crea�e a valid and perfected security interest or �ien� at any
<br /> time and for any reason.
<br /> Dea�h ar InsoEvency. The death ❑f Trus�or, the insal�ency ofi Trustor, the appain�ment❑f a recei�er far any part❑f
<br /> Trus�or's proper�y, any assignmenfi #vr the benefit o� cr�ditars, any �yp� o� �redi�or workout, vr the
<br /> commencement❑f any proceeding under any bankruptcy or insol�en�y laws by or against Trus��r.
<br />, Creditar or Fvrfeifiure Proceedings. Commencemen� af foreclosure ❑r �or�eiture pr�ceedings, whether by judicial
<br /> proceeding, self--help, repossession or any o�h�r mefihvd, by any�reditar of Trustor vr by any go�ernmental agency
<br /> against any property securEng the indebtedness. This includes a garnishment of any ❑� Trus�or's accounfis,
<br /> including depvsit accounts, with Lender. Howe�er, #his EWent ❑f Default shall not apply i� there is a good faith
<br /> dispu�e by Trus�or as �❑ the �a[idity or reasonak�leness o�the cEaim which is the basis of th� creditfl� or �for�eiture
<br /> proceeding and i� Trustar gi�es Lender wri�ten notice ❑� �he credifior ❑r farfeitur� proceeding and deposi�s with

<br /> Breach of�ther Agreemen#. Any breach by Trustor under the terms ❑f any o�her agreement between Trustor and
<br /> Lender that is not remedied within any graee period pra�ided therein, inc[uding wifihout limi�a�ian any agreement
<br /> concerning any indeb�edness or other❑b�igation of Trus��r ta Lend�r, whethe�existing naw ar later.
<br /> Events Affecting Guarantnr. Any ❑�the preceding e��nts occurs with respec��❑ any guarantor, endorser, surety,
<br /> or accammodation party of any ❑f �he Indebtedness or any guarantvr, endorser, sure�y, ar accammodatian par�y
<br /> dies or be�omes incvmpetent, or re�okes ❑r disp�tes the �alidity of, or Iiabi�ity under, any �uaranty ❑f the
<br /> Indebtedness.
<br /> Adverse Change. A materiaf ad�erse change occurs sn Trustor's financial condition, flr Lender belie�es the
<br /> prvspec�o�payment or per�vrmance o�fihe Indebtedn�ss is impair�d.
<br /> Inse�urity. Lender in good fai�h be�ie�es i�se�f insecure. � �
<br />� Righ�to CurQ. If any de�auifi, other than a de�Fau��in payment Es curable and if Trus�ar has nofi been gi�en a notice
<br /> ❑f a br�ach vf�he same prn�ision o��his ❑eed of Trus�wi�hin the precedin��wel�e �12y months, it may be cured if
<br /> Trustor, after Lender sends writ�en noti�e to Trustor demanding cure o�such defaul�: ��} cures the default within
<br /> �i��een t 15� days; ❑r {�� if�he cure requ�res mor�than fifteen {15y days, immedia�ely inifiiates steps which Lender
