<br />THE MUSEUM BOARD OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, herein called Grantor, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
<br />grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called Grantee, a permanent and
<br />perpetual easement and right -of -way to survey, construct, inspect, maintain, repair, replace,
<br />relocate, extend, remove, and operate thereon, public utilities and appurtenances connected
<br />therewith, in, upon, above, along, over, across, underneath, and through a part of Lot One (1),
<br />Stuhr Museum Subdivision, an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The
<br />centerline of the twenty (20.0) foot wide easement and right -of -way tract being more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section
<br />Thirty Two (32), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West, Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska; thence westerly along the northerly line of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NW1 /4) said Section Thirty Two (32), on an assumed bearing of
<br />N90 °00'00 "W, a distance of two hundred seventy five and fifteen hundredths
<br />(275.15) feet; thence S01 °00'40 "E, a distance of eighty and twelve hundredths
<br />(80.12) feet to a point on the northerly line of Stuhr Museum Subdivision being on
<br />the centerline of an existing easement described in Miscellaneous Book 28, Page
<br />378, recorded in the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska; thence
<br />continuing S01 °00'40 "E, a distance of four hundred fifty one and four hundredths
<br />(451.04) feet to the Actual Point of Beginning; thence N88 °54'45 "W, a distance of
<br />seventeen and seventy five hundredths (17.75) feet; thence S45 °29'34 "W, a distance
<br />of sixty and thirty four hundredths (60.34) feet; thence S0 °06'38 "W, a distance of
