DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Kirk E Moural, a
<br />Single Person, to West Gate Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State
<br />Bank, Kearney NE, the Beneficiary names therein, dated September 10, 2012, and recorded on
<br />September 21, 2012, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall, County, Nebraska, Instrument No.
<br />201207875, and further assigned to West Gate Bank and recorded on September 21, 2012, as Instrument
<br />No. 201207876, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this DEED OF
<br />RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Six (6), Ross Heights Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />AKA: 4161 Arizona Ave, Grand Island NE 68803
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
