The <br /> Assignment was recorded January 11, 1993,in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, <br /> as Instrument No. 93-100236. <br /> On or about May 4, 1994, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of <br /> its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The <br /> Assignment was recorded June 24, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,Nebraska, <br /> as Instrument No. 94-105449. <br /> Michael E.
