Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, NE <br />68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed by Clarel <br />Middleton, An Unmarried Person, as Trustor, in which Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal <br />Savings Bank of Grand Island, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, <br />as Trustee, dated February 20th, 2002 and recorded February 25, 2002, in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200202126 regarding the real <br />estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Clarel Middleton, An Unmarried Person, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as <br />Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island <br />as Beneficiary, dated February 20th, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />n of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 200202126, has been paid, and the Beneficiary <br />..� has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and <br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate <br />described in paragraph 3 below. <br />The Easterly Forty (40) feet of Lot Seven (7), in Block Sixty Three (63), in Wheeler <br />and Bennett's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />The foregoing Substituteqn of Trustee and Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged <br />before me this Tit Day of JLtN.ij..V , QIN S , by Thomas E Gdowski, Chief <br />Executive Officer, Equitable Bank, Benefidiary and Substitu - Trustee. <br />d <br />/ ' <br />
