<br />WHEREAS, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated January 10,
<br />2012 executed by Douglas C. Krueger, L.L.C.; A Nebraska Limited Liability Company " Trustor ", in which
<br />CORNERSTONE BANK, 302 North Clay, P. O. Box 566, Harvard„ Nebraska 68944 -0566, is named as
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as trustee, and recorded January 13, 2012 in Instrument No 201200361 of
<br />Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska has received from the
<br />Beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust
<br />have been fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />The Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Twenty - eight (28), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10)
<br />West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT that portion thereof conveyed of the County of Hall
<br />by Deed recorded May 7, 1962 in Book 138, Page 325.
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as SE1 /4 28- 9N -10W Hall County, NE.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, has caused this Deed of
