<br /> WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br /> secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br /> execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on October l, 1997, and
<br /> identified as Document No. 97-108164 , conveying to Trustee,
<br /> Trustee' s successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br /> described in said Deed as follows, to-wit :
<br /> Lots One (1) and Two (2) , Cook Subdivision, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska,
<br /> and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br /> Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br /> of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br /> described be now released to said Trustors .
<br /> THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br /> and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br /> and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
