<br /> 2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed
<br /> by Jerry E Davis and Connie Lee Davis, Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D.
<br /> Ahlschwede, Attomey, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable Builcling
<br /> 8v Loan Association, FSB as Beneficiary, dated August 24, 1999, and recorded in the off'ice of
<br /> the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 0099108687, has been paid,
<br /> and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br /> delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary,
<br /> the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right title and
<br /> interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the real estate
<br /> described in paragraph 3 below.
