200000641 <br /> FEDERAL SUBDNISION,the Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, <br /> Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their expense the following improvements: <br /> 1. Paving. The Subdividers agree to waive the right to object to the creation of <br /> any paving or repaving district for Webb Road and Stolley Park where they abut the subdvision. <br /> 2. Water. Public water supply is available to the subdivision, and all new <br /> structures requiring service shall be connected to such water supply. <br /> 3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer is available to the subdivision, and <br /> the Subdividers agree to connect sanitary sewer service to all lots at the time of their development. <br /> There is established a 45-foot wide easement across Lot One (1) for the sanitary sewer extension of <br /> Lot Three (3). <br /> 4. Storm Drainage. The Subdividers agree to grade all lots in the subdivision <br /> in conjunction with the development proposed thereon so that storm drainage is conveyed to a public <br /> right-of-way or to other drainage systems so approved by the Director of Public Works. <br /> 5. Landscaping. The Subdividers agree to comply with the requirements of the <br /> Landscaping Regulations of the City of Grand Island, and plans as submitted to and approved by the <br /> City's Building Department for any future development. <br /> � 6. Sidewalks. The Subdividers shall install all public sidewalks as required by <br /> the City of Grand Island adjacent to the public right-of-way along Stolley Park Road within one(1) <br /> year of the approved subdivision. <br /> 7. Engineering Data. All final engineering plans and specifications for public <br /> improvements shall bear the signature and seal of a registered professional engineer and shall be <br /> furnished by the Subdividers to the Department of Public Warks for approval prior to contracting <br /> - 3 - <br />
