WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the Permittee desires to connect to the City's Interceptor Sanitary Sewer Line, a tract of land comprising of a part of Section 27, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County,Nebraska more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West line of Section 27, Township 11 North, Range 9, West of the 6`h P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, said point being located 324' north of the northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 27 ruruiing thence East parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 660', running thence North parallel with the West line of said Section 27 a distance of 336', running thence West parallel with the South line of said Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter a distance of 660' to a point on the West line of said Section 27 thence South along and upon the West line of Section 27 a distance of 336' to a point of beginning.
