RAINFORTH, of ileP 95►d `/P [City], Ra w< County, <br />[State], as principal (the "Principal ") do appoint, GAYLEN RAINFORTH, of <br />Prosser, Nebraska, to serve as my agent ( "Agent ") and to exercise the powers and discretions set <br />forth below. By this instrument I intend to create a Durable Power of Attorney under the <br />Nebraska Uniform Power of Attorney Act. This instrument revokes all prior powers of attorney <br />inconsistent with the terms herein. <br />ARTICLE II <br />Grant of Specific Authority <br />I grant my agent authority, pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT. § 30 -4027, to sell, convey, execute <br />and deliver any deed or other instrument of conveyance that may be essential or required for the <br />proper conveyance of the following described real property: <br />Tract One: The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N 1 SW V4) of Section <br />Thirty (30), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall <br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract of land now known as Lot One (1), Rainforth <br />Acres Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Tract Two: The Southwest Quarter (SW V4) of Section Seventeen (17), Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />EXCEPT Pine Knoll Subdivision, and EXCEPT that part conveyed by deeds <br />recorded in Book 178, Page 467, and Book 179, Page 441, Deed records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />ARTICLE III <br />Effective Date <br />This power of attorney is effective immediately. <br />ARTICLE IV <br />Reliance on this Power of Attorney <br />FAX No. 402 - 834 - 0806 P. 004 <br />2 O i.:} J O !. 87 <br />Pursuant to NEB.
