SAID TRACT CONTAINS A CALCULATED AREA OF 14,410 SQUARE FEET <br />OR 0.331 ACRES MORE OR LESS. <br />Timothy & Lisa Spiehs — $400.00 <br />THE SOUTH 20.00 FEET OF LOT ONE (1), TLST SPIEHS SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. SAID TRACT CONTAINS A <br />CALCUALTED AREA OF 5,226 SQUARE FEET OR 0.120 ACRES MORE OR LESS. <br />WHEREAS, Agreements for the Temporary Construction easements has been <br />reviewed and approved by the City Legal Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, that the City of Grand Island be, and hereby is, <br />authorized to enter into the Agreements for the Temporary Construction easements on the above <br />described tract of land, in the amount of $2,290.00. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute such agreements on behalf of the City of Grand Island. <br />Approved as to Form a <br />December 8, 2014 a G <br />X83 <br />
