<br />THIS INDENTURE is made as of November 24, 2014, by JOHN WILLOUGHBY AND JOYCE
<br />WILLOUGHBY, (collectively, if more than one, "Grantor "), in favor of FARM CREDIT LEASING SERVICES
<br />CORPORATION, ( "Grantee ").
<br />WITNESSETH, that the said Grantor, in consideration of the sum of Seventy Four Thousand Three
<br />Hundred Forty Seven and 68/100 DOLLARS ($74,347.68), and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt
<br />whereof is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, its heirs,
<br />successors and assigns, the buildings and improvements described in Exhibit A hereto, which buildings and
<br />improvements are located on that certain land situated in HALL County, NEBRASKA, as described in Exhibit B
<br />hereto, with the understanding that the foregoing grant conveys title to such buildings and improvements only, and
<br />not to the land.
<br />Said Grantor and for its heirs, executors, or administrators, successors and assigns, does hereby covenant,
<br />promise and agree to and with said Grantee, that at the delivery of these presents, the Grantor is lawfully seized in its
<br />own right, of an absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance, in fee simple, of and in all and singular the above
<br />granted and described buildings and improvements; that the same are free, clear, discharged and unencumbered of
<br />and from all former and other grants, titles, charges, estates, judgments, taxes, and encumbrances of any kind; and
<br />that the Grantor will WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the same unto said Grantee, and Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns, against said Grantor, its heirs, and all and every person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming or to
<br />claim the same.
