<br />ELIZABETH A. GARDUNO, a single person, herein called the Grantor, in consideration
<br />of an initial capital contribution, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm
<br />unto L.G. INVESTMENTS, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, herein called the
<br />Grantee, the following- described properties in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />County, Nebraska;

<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;

<br />Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />described as follows: Commencing at a point on the Westerly Lot
<br />line of said Lot Five (5), Fifty -two (52) feet South of the Northwest
<br />corner of said Lot Five (5); thence in an Easterly direction, parallel
<br />to the North line of said Lot Five (5), a distance of Forty -four (44)
<br />feet; thence in a Northerly direction at right angles, parallel with
