<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by that certain Deed of Trust executed by
<br />CASSIE JO LUNDGREN, a single person and BYRON J. HEDRICK, a single person, Trustors, to U.S.
<br />BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC
<br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as nominee for CHARTERWEST NATIONAL BANK, as
<br />Beneficiary, dated September 9, 2011, and recorded September 9, 2011, as Instrument No. 2011 -06734 of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original
<br />Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as nominee for
<br />CharterWest National Bank to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of an Assignment
<br />dated September 26, 2013, and filed for record on October 7, 2013, as Instrument No. 2013 -08158 of the
<br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES was appointed Successor Trustee by
<br />virtue of a Substitution of Trustee executed August 13, 2014, and recorded with the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds Office..
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of said payment and of the surrender of said Deed of Trust
<br />and the Note or Notes secured thereby for cancellation, and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned Successor Trustee does by these presents grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate granted to said Trustee by said Deed of Trust in
