SMITH REVOCABLE LIVING <br />TRUST AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 28, 2001, GRANTOR, for and in consideration <br />of TEN AND NO /100 DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION re- <br />ceived from GRANTEES, BRUCE I. SMITH and JUDITH A. SMITH, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants with rights of survivorship, conveys to GRANTEES, the following- described real <br />estate (as defined in NEB. REV.
