<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Andrew Encinger and Julie
<br />Encinger, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of
<br />EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 11, 2011, and recorded May 18, 2011,
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #201103720 (or in Book
<br />Number Page Number ) has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that the
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section Twenty (20), in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West
<br />of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of Bel -Air Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; running
<br />thence in a Southerly direction along and upon the East line of said Southeast Quarter, a distance of 380
<br />feet to the actual point of beginning; thence continuing on said East line in a Southerly direction for a
<br />distance of 75 feet; thence turning and running Westerly parallel to the South line of said Section 20, a
<br />distance of 115 feet; thence turning and running Northerly on a line parallel with the East line of said
<br />Southeast Quarter, a distance of 75 feet; thence turning and running Easterly parallel with the South line of
<br />said Section 20, a distance of 115 feet to the point of beginning
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1915 S. Arthur, Grand Island, NE 68801.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
