<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Clifford
<br />L Jewell and Susan K Jewell, husband and wife, Trustors, to The State Bank of Cairo, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, Trustee, under the Deeds of
<br />Trust dated April 17, 1993, April 29, 1996, December 11, 1998 and January 24, 2000 in
<br />which The State Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway
<br />Bank, is Beneficiary, said Deeds of Trust being recorded April 21, 1993 as Instrument No. 93-
<br />103052, May 24, 1996 as Instrument No. 96- 104025, December 21, 1998 as Instrument No.
<br />98- 112621 and January 31, 2000 as Instrument No. 0200000813, of the Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $12,000.00, $20,000.00,
<br />$19,300.00 and $22,500.00 respectively, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said
<br />beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), in Block Ten (10) in the Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 23rd, day of December, 2014.
