From �ime ta time, by a writing signed and acknowledged by <br /> BenefEciary and r�carded �n each �ffice in which this �ee� of Trust is recorded, Beneficiary may appoint <br /> another#rustee to act in the place and stead of Trustee or any successor. Such writing shal� set fo�th fhe <br /> recordation date and any recvrding�r�ther info�-mation requ�r�d by law. The re��rda#ion of such <br /> ins�rument of substitution shalf discharge Trustee herein nam�d and shall appoinf the new trustee as the <br /> truste� h�reunder w�th the same effect as if originally nam�d Trus�ee h�rein. A writing recorded pursuant <br /> to the provisions af this Sectian shal� be conclusi�� provf of the proper substitution of such new Trustee. <br /> 4.�4 Due on Sale ar Encumbran�e.
