<br /> any natices vf comp�etion, cessation af labor, or any other notices that Benefic�ary deems apprapriate fo
<br /> protect Benefic�ary's i nte��st; and tv perfarm any ab�igation of Trustar hereu nd�r; pro�ided howe�er, that
<br /> Beneficiary, as such attorney-�n-fact, sha�l only be accountable for such funds as are ac�ually recei�ed by
<br /> Seneficiary, and Beneficiary shalf n�t be iiable to Trus�or vr any�ther person a��ntity f�r any failure#a

<br /> 5.8 Remed,�es Cumulative; No Wa��er. All rights, pvwers and remedies of Beneficiary and
<br /> Trusfee hereunder are cumulati�e and are in addition to all rights, pvwers and r�med�es pro�id�d by law
<br /> or in any other agreements between Trustor and Beneficiary. No delay,failur�or discontinuance vf
<br /> seneficiary in exercising any right, pvwer or remedy hereunder shall affect vr apera��as a wai�er of such
<br /> right, pawer or remedy; nor shaEl any single or partia� exe�cise of any such right, pow�r or remedy

<br /> 6.� No Merqer. No merger shalf occur as a result of Beneficiary's acqu�ring any other es�ate in,
<br /> or any other li�n on, �he Subject Prope�y unless Beneficiary specEfically consents to a merger in writing.
<br /> 6.2 Execut�on of Dvcuments. Trustvr agrees, upon demand by Beneficiary ar Trustee, �o
