Except as r�quired by law, neither Trustor nor any other p�rson or ent�ty shall ha�e fhe right to direct the order in which the 5ubject Property is sold. Subject to requirem�nts and limi#s imposed by law, Trustee may postpone any sale of the Subject Praperty by pu��ic announcemen�at such time and place of sale, and from time to time may postpone such sale by pub�ic announcement at the#ime and place fixed by the preceding postponemen�. Trustee shall delEve�to the purchaser at such sale a deed con�eying the Subject Proper#y ar po�ion thereof so sold, but withou#any co�enant or warranty, express or implied. The r�ci�afs in said deed of any matters or facts shall be conclusi�e praof of the truthfulness thereof.
