<br />North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6t P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E' SE'/4) of Section One (1), Township
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter of said Section One (1), Township Ten
<br />(10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />EXCEPT a tract of land more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
<br />the northwest corner of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence easterly,
<br />along and upon the north line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter, a
<br />distance of 465.65 feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of U.S.
<br />Highway No. 281 and 34, said point being 946.22 feet west of the northeast
<br />corner of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence deflecting right
<br />153 °47'00 "and running southwesterly, along and upon said westerly highway
<br />right of way line, a distance of 74.70 feet; thence deflecting left 153 °47'00" and
<br />running easterly, along and upon said westerly highway right of way line and
<br />being 33.0 feet south of and parallel with the north line of said East Half of the
<br />Northeast Quarter, a distance of 777.51 feet; thence deflecting right 93 °42'00"
<br />and running southerly, along and upon said westerly highway right of way line
<br />and also being parallel with the east line of said East Half of the Northeast
<br />Quarter, a distance of 157.89 feet; thence deflecting left 93 °42'00" and running
<br />easterly, along and upon said westerly highway right of way line and also being
<br />parallel with the north line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter, a
<br />distance of 76.17 feet; thence deflecting right 93°42'14" and running southerly,
<br />along and upon said westerly highway right of way line, a distance of 1,239.85
<br />feet; thence deflecting right 86 °17'46" and running westerly, parallel with the
<br />Robin Stauffer, being first duly sworn upon his or her oath, deposes and says:
<br />1. That the Affiant is the successor trustee under the terms and conditions ofthe Mitchell
<br />H. Stauffer Revocable Trust Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust ").
<br />2. That on December 23, 2014, the Affiant became the successor trustee ofthe said Trust
<br />following the death of Mitchell H. Stauffer on November 29, 2014, the settlor and initial trustee of
<br />said Trust, a certified copy of his death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A ", and upon signing an
<br />Acceptance to Act as Trustee under the Mitchell H. Stauffer Revocable Trust, an original of which
<br />is attached as Exhibit "B ".
<br />3. That the Affiant remains the sole trustee of the said Trust as of this date.
<br />4. That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property that
<br />was conveyed to the trustee of the said Trust on December 10, 1999, by Warranty Deed recorded
<br />on December 16, 1999, in the records of the Hall County Register of Deeds Office as Instrument
<br />99111858:
