That the Affiant is the successor trustee under the terms and conditions ofthe Mitchell <br />H. Stauffer Revocable Trust Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "said Trust "). <br />2. That on December 23, 2014, the Affiant became the successor trustee ofthe said Trust <br />following the death of Mitchell H. Stauffer on November 29, 2014, the settlor and initial trustee of <br />said Trust, a certified copy of his death certificate is attached as Exhibit "A ", and upon signing an <br />Acceptance to Act as Trustee under the Mitchell H. Stauffer Revocable Trust, an original of which <br />is attached as Exhibit "B ". <br />3. That the Affiant remains the sole trustee of the said Trust as of this date. <br />4. That among the assets of the said Trust is the following described real property that <br />was conveyed to the trustee of the said Trust on December 10, 1999, by Warranty Deed recorded <br />on December 16, 1999, in the records of the Hall County Register of Deeds Office as Instrument <br />99111858: <br />
