<br /> substance�: gasoline,kerosene,other flammable or�axic petroleum pr�ducts,taxic pesticides and herbicides,
<br /> volatile solvents, materials containing asbestos or formaldehyde, and radioactive materials; �b)
<br /> "��tv�ror�r�e�ta�La�"means federa��a�vs and�a�s o�t�e jur�sd�ct�an��.eFe the Prop�rt��s �ocated that
<br /> re�ate to hea�th, safe�y or environmenta�protection; �c� "Ercviror�►nerctal�'leQ�up"includes any response
<br /> action, remedial actian, or remo�al actian, as defined in Environmer�ta.1 Law; and(d}an "�nuiror�rrier�tar
<br /> �'o�ditior�"means a condition that can Gause,C4ll.�1bUt��O, or otherwise trigger an Enviranmer�tal Cleanup.
<br /> Borrower sha11 not caus�or permit the presence,use,di�posal, storage,ar release of any Hazardous
<br /> Substances, or threaten ta rel�a�e an�Ha.zardaus�ubsta.n�es, on Qr in the Froper�.Borrower sha��not�o,
<br /> nor a11ow anyone else to d�,anything affecting the Property(a}that is in viol�.tion flf any En�ixonmenta.l
<br /> Law, (b)�vhich creates an Environrnent�.l Conditian,or(c}which,due to the presenc�,use,or release of a
<br /> Ha�ardaus Substance,creates a con�lition that ad�ersely affects th�value of the Praperty. The preceding t�o
<br /> sentences shalt na�app�y to the presence,use,ar storage on the Proper�y of sma11 quantities of Hazardous
<br /> Subs�a.nces that are generally recognized to b�appr�priate to norma�residentxal uses and to maintenance af
<br /> the�roperty(inc�uding,but not limited to, hazardous substances in cansumer products�.
<br /> Borrawer shall pramptly give Lender v�ritt�n notic�af�a}any investigation.,claim,demand,lawsuit or other
<br /> action by any go�vernmental or regula�ory agency or pri�ate party involving th�Property and any Hazardous
<br /> Substance or Environmen�al Law of which Borrawer has actual knowledge,�b3 any Env�ranmental
<br /> Condition, including bu�not limited to,any sp�lling, leaking,d�scharge,release or threa�of release of any
<br /> Hazardous Subst�.nce,an.�(c�an.y condit�a�caus�d by th����s�nce,u�e or re��ase of a Hazardous Subs�n.ce
<br /> which adversely affects�he value af the property, If B�rrower�earns,or is notified by any gavernmen�a�or
<br /> regulatory authority,or any pr�vate paarty,tha�an�r remo�at or other remediation of an�r Hazar�ous�ubs�a.nce
<br /> affecting the Property is necessar3r,Borr�wer sha��pramptly take a11 necessary remedial aGtions in
<br /> accordance with Environmen#a�Law.Nothing herein shal�create any obligatian on Lender for an
<br /> Environmenta.l Cleanup.
<br /> Non-UniformCo�enants.Borrower and Lender co�enant and agree as follows:
<br /> 22. Acceler�ation;Remedies.Lend�r shall give not�Ce to Borrawer prior t� acCeleration following
<br /> Bvrrower's breach of an�covenant or agreement in this�ecurity Instrument�but nat prior to
<br /> acce�erat�on under Sect�on 18 unles�Applicable Law provides�therwise},The notice shal�spe�ify: �a}
<br /> t�.e default; �b}the acti�n r�quired to cure the default; ���a date,not less than 3U days from the date
<br /> the n�tice is given to Borrower,by whi�h the default must be�ured; and�d}that failure to cure the
