<br />WHEREAS, MARK HUNZEKER is the present Trustee(s) of record under that certain Deed of Trust
<br />executed on the 31st day of July, 2013 by ROBERT J KETCHMARK and TRACEY L KETCHMARK ,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor(s) to MARK HUNZEKER as Trustee(s), recorded on the 26th day of
<br />August, 2013 as Entry No. 201306973 of the records of the County Recorder in the County of Hall in the
<br />State of, Nebraska, and WHEREAS, the undersigned, US Bank National Association is /are the present
<br />holder(s) of the beneficial interest under said Deed of Trust, and do /does hereby appoint U.S. Bank Trust
<br />Company, National Association as Trustee(s) in place and stead of said MARK HUNZEKER under
<br />said Deed of Trust;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, upon recordation of this document, the undersigned do /does hereby discharge the
<br />present record Trustee(s) and substitute U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association as the new
<br />Trustee(s) who shall succeed to all the powers, duties, authority and title of the former Trustee(s).
