<br /> RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY
<br /> In consideration of the payment of all obligations under a
<br /> Deed of Trust dated February 26, 1999, by and between PLATTE �
<br /> RIVER WHOOPING CRANE MAINTENANCE TRUST, INC. , a Nebraska ���
<br /> corporation, as Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded as
<br /> Document No. 99-102092 in the Office of the Register of Deeds,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, and upon the request for reconveyance of
<br /> the Beneficiaries, BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney-at-Law, Trustee,
<br /> hereby releases said Deed of Trust on the following described
<br /> real estate:
<br /> The South Half of the South Half (S�S�) of Section
<br /> Seven (7) , Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve ( 12 )
<br /> West of the 6th P.M. , in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> excepting therefrom Lot One ( 1) Brooks Subdivision,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska as surveyed, platted and
<br /> recorded;
<br /> The Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br /> (NW�NE�) , the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br /> Quarter (NE�NW�) and the Northwest Quarter of the
<br /> Northwest Quarter (NW�NW�) (sometimes known as Lot 1)
